Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the overrealm.shop website (the "Site") and any products sold through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

OVER REALM is an independent online retailer of premium collectible figures, operated from Shenzhen, China. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any figure brand or manufacturer. All trademarks, brand names, and product designs are the property of their respective owners and appear on this Site solely to identify the items we sell. 2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All product descriptions, photographs, scales, and release dates are provided in good faith from manufacturer-published data. Colors may vary slightly between product photos and the physical item. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, adjust prices, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed — where an obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud is detected. In such cases we issue a full refund.

4. Orders, Payment & Pre-Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email after successful payment. Payment is processed through PayPal; card details are handled by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.

Some items are sold as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates are published by the manufacturer and may shift. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it; after that, a reasonable non-refundable reservation fee may apply once allocation or production has been committed. 5. Shipping, Duties & Delivery

We ship internationally. Transit times, carriers, and costs are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Import duties, VAT/GST, and any brokerage fees imposed at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price unless explicitly stated.

6. Returns & Warranty

Most unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 30 days. Manufacturing defects are covered by our limited warranty. The full policy — including non-returnable categories and how to initiate a claim — is at Returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including the OVER REALM name and logo, page copy, photographs, and arrangement — is owned by OVER REALM or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party trademarks (brand names, character names, figure designs) belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in ways that interfere with normal use.
• Attempt to probe, penetrate, or disrupt the Site's security or systems.
• Resell products in a manner that infringes any third-party rights.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVER REALM's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OVER REALM harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and OVER REALM agree that any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via support@overrealm.shop. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue available remedies at law. Nothing in this section affects your non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your place of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
