If something arrives wrong, contact us and we will work toward a repair part, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue. This policy is written for international customers and is intended to sit alongside, not override, any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Most products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, complete, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and protective materials.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
- Items that have been opened, assembled, displayed, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Products marked Final Sale, Clearance, or similar at the time of purchase
- Gift cards, digital items, or other products that cannot reasonably be resold as new
Unless local law says otherwise, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend insured and trackable shipping. If the return comes back incomplete or not in resalable condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing a part or accessory, email support@overrealm.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping carton, product packaging, and the item itself
- A brief description of the issue
For verified fulfillment or transit problems, we will normally offer replacement parts, a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund. If we ask you to return the item for inspection, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.
1-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects that were not caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, improper storage, normal wear, or modifications made after delivery.
This warranty may cover issues such as:
- Factory assembly faults
- Major structural failures under normal intended use
- Missing manufacturer-supplied parts not reported at delivery but traceable to production
Where a replacement is not available, we may offer an equivalent remedy such as store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the severity of the defect and the item's condition.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Safety & Age Guidance
Most products sold on this site are designed for collectors and display use rather than unsupervised play. Unless a product page says otherwise, treat items as suitable for ages 15 and up.
- Many products contain small parts and may present a choking hazard
- Display stands, magnets, batteries, blades, or fragile accessories may be included on some items
- Adult supervision is required where a product is handled by younger users
- Always follow the specific warnings, instructions, and age grading on the product page and packaging
If a listing identifies a product as a collectible, prop replica, or display piece, it should not be treated as a children's toy unless we explicitly state otherwise.
How to Start a Return or Claim

Email support@overrealm.shop with your order number and reason for return or claim. Please do not send anything back without approval.

Wait for instructions
We will confirm eligibility, request any additional evidence if needed, and send the return address or next steps.

Pack securely
Returned goods must be packed in an outer shipping carton. Do not place labels directly on the product's retail packaging.

Inspection and refund
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
